Refund Policy for Instructor Classes

If the online course is not completed by the class time, or if you do not have a valid CPR/AED Certification from the Red Cross or the American Heart Association, you will be required to reschedule and pay a reschedule fee of $150.00. There are No Refunds on Instructor Training Courses. We can allow you to reschedule for another course that works best for you 2 weeks before the course without paying a reschedule fee. THE COURSE REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF THREE CANIDATES TO HOLD THE CLASS. THE CLASS MAY NEED TO BE RESCHEDULED DUE TO LACK OF INTEREST AND WILL BE DONE SO ATLEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED DATE.

Refund Policy - Base Level classes
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Our class sizes are regulated with only a certain number of seats allowed, meaning we have to hold our students to their commitment when they sign up. Because we are not refunded for payment processing costs for a cancellation, be aware that all orders are subject to a MAXIMUM refund amount of 50% regardless of the amount of time it has been since your order was created. Refunds will be distributed by the number of days canceled prior to the class start date.
Within 48hrs of purchase = 50% refund
After 48+hrs from purchase= 0% refund
NOTE: There will be no refunds given if registering 0-3 days prior to class start or if you don’t show up (no-show) for class. In addition, we do not reschedule classes for anyone who cancels within 15 days of the class start date or does not show up to class.
Should we need to cancel the class because too many students have dropped the class, the remaining students will get a choice of 100% refund or use funds towards a future class. Students who dropped will receive refunds as per the timelines above. For any other reason National CPR Training Solutions needs to cancel, students can request a 100% refund.
Refund Policy for Equipment
All equipment sales are final. Exchanges are made for faulty items or items damaged during shipping.
